At Zivah Style, we provide a 7-day exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out to us within 7 days through WhatsApp or email. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your exchange will be processed. Kindly make sure to share the return shipment slip with us for tracking purposes.
